Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients:
6 measuring spoons of Rebuild Strength.
1 measuring spoon of Rebuild Strength for garnish.
2 tablespoons of chia seeds, 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk.
1/2 cup of prunes (about 14).
1/2 cup of raisins, 1 cup of dark chocolate chips.
1/4 cup of almond butter.
1/2 cup of rolled oats.
2 tablespoons of vanilla extract.
2 tablespoons of honey.
1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder.
Preparation method:
Mix the chia seeds with the almond milk and let it sit. Combine the raisins, prunes, and oats. Add the vanilla, honey, almond butter, and chocolate chips to this mixture. Add the chia seed and almond milk mixture and combine until smooth. Form into compact balls and let rest. Mix one tablespoon of Rebuild Strength with cocoa powder in a small bowl and roll the balls in the mixture.
